50-minute sessions: $150

 

My fee includes traditional psychotherapy as well as the integrative and experiential approaches that I utilize in my practice, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), clinical hypnotherapy, nature-based therapy, and other specialized interventions when appropriate.

SLIDING SCALE OPTIONS

 

I believe quality mental health care should be as accessible as possible. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Reduced rates may be available on a case-by-case basis.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

I am currently out of network with insurance; however, I am happy to provide a superbill. HSA cards are accepted.
