INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY
Mental health therapy that integrates multiple therapeutic approaches to help individuals meet their goals.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every person arrives with a unique story, different challenges, and their own strengths, values, and goals. Because of this, I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, tailoring each session to the individual rather than forcing every client into a single therapeutic model.
At its core, therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and explore the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we may examine difficult emotions, relationship patterns, past experiences, limiting beliefs, life transitions, questions of identity, or the challenges that are keeping you from living the life you want to live. Along the way, we work to build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is rooted in humanistic, transpersonal, and client-centered principles. I believe that healing is not about becoming someone new—it's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have become buried beneath pain, fear, expectations, or years of simply surviving.
While traditional talk therapy plays an important role, I often incorporate experiential and holistic approaches that help move insight into action. Depending on your needs and goals, our work may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness and meditation practices, nature-based therapy, tarot and archetypal exploration, trauma reprocessing, mind-body awareness, and other experiential techniques.
No matter the approach, the goal remains the same: to help you better understand yourself, heal from the experiences that have shaped you, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
