BEGINNING THE JOURNEY

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, reaching out is often the hardest part.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Healing is rarely a straight path, and therapy provides a space to explore where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go.
