Trauma, fears, and other personal challenges often hold us back from achieving our goals, yet we fight to convince ourselves that we will heal with a little more time. While time is certainly an important piece of the healing journey, we oftentimes lack the resources or the opportunities for true, meaningful healing to occur.
Therapy provides clients with the opportunity to explore those traumas, fears, or challenges that hold them back.

Jesse Williams, MS, LPC/MHSP, NCC, CCH
I work with a variety of individuals (age 18 years and older), and I use a non-traditional, eclectic therapeutic approach to help those individuals achieve their goals. While my specialities include trauma resolution, self-esteem/identity work, and explorations of spirituality, I also have experience and knowledge in working with a variety of mental health issues and personal challenges. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I welcome and affirm all gender identities and sexual identities. I also welcome and affirm people of all religious/spiritual paths, as my ultimate goal as a therapist is to respect, honor, and aid the sacred journey of each client.
